The opening times for the Kids Come First Group at present are:
- 7.30am to 9.00am Rise & Shine breakfast club
- 3.00pm to 6.00pm during the school term time
- 7.30am to 6.00pm during the shool holidays and In -Service days.
After School - children who are booked in with the club are collected from Benarty and St Kenneths Primary schools and safely escorted to the Benarty Centre, where they are provided with a healthy snack choice. The Children then have the choice to take part in a varied program of activity including sports, arts, & crafts, healthy food workshops, reading corner and ICT. Tutor led workshops are also held where children can talk to workers from other agencies about a number of topics including health & wellbeing , education , fire safety and community safety.
School Holidays and In-Service Days - the children are provided with a healthy breakfast when they arrive and enjoy a full day of activities along with the occasional trip and excursion.
